Di questi, il 70% combina acquisti online e offline, confermando l\u2019omnicanalit\u00e0 come modello prevalente, mentre il 20% sceglie solo l\u2019e-commerce e il 10% rimane fedele al negozio fisico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Omnicanalit\u00e0 e customer journey<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Secondo la ricerca, a livello globale il 70% delle vendite del settore \u00e8 influenzato da canali digitali, ma il 78% della crescita nel 2024 \u00e8 arrivata dai negozi fisici. In Italia gli acquirenti utilizzano in media 5,7 touchpoint prima di concludere un acquisto: siti ufficiali, vetrine digitali e motori di ricerca sono cruciali per la fase di scoperta, mentre il negozio fisico resta determinante per la prova prodotto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tra i cluster di consumatori emergono gli Abitudinari (39,2%), i Convenience Seeker (25%) e i Digital Power Buyers (13%), questi ultimi con spesa media pi\u00f9 alta e maggiore utilizzo di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale per personalizzare l\u2019esperienza d\u2019acquisto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Sostenibilit\u00e0 e second-hand<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Il report evidenzia inoltre come il mercato globale del second-hand cresca tre volte pi\u00f9 velocemente della moda tradizionale. La Generazione Z mostra sensibilit\u00e0 verso la sostenibilit\u00e0: il 73% \u00e8 disposto a pagare di pi\u00f9 per prodotti etici, pur con la contraddizione legata al boom dell\u2019ultra-fast fashion. In Italia, per\u00f2, il 95% dei consumatori preferisce ancora il nuovo, con l\u2019usato scelto soprattutto per accessori e abbigliamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Il fast fashion resta dominante grazie a prezzi e variet\u00e0, ma cresce l\u2019attenzione normativa: l\u2019Unione Europea sta introducendo misure su ecodesign, divieto di distruzione dell\u2019invenduto e passaporti digitali per tracciare la sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Intelligenza artificiale e nuovi driver<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019AI \u00e8 gi\u00e0 parte integrante del settore: il 16,6% degli acquirenti italiani la utilizza per comparazioni, personalizzazioni e supporto alla scelta, soprattutto uomini under 24.
